Our janitorial service includes the following; however, you may discuss your expectations with your cleaning technician(s).
Hand wiping all surfaces we can reach: baseboards, window frames, and sills, shelves, ceiling fans, light fixtures, the furniture found in a standard office, front of cabinets, stair railing.
Dusting with an extension what we can’t reach ex: ceiling fans, cobwebs, etc.
Sanitizing kitchen area, the exterior of appliances, interior and exterior of the microwave, trash cans, sinks and faucets, toilets.
Cleaning: French glass door (interior), glass doors, mirrors.
Vacuuming and deodorizing carpet, cleaning all other types of flooring with special care to hardwood and laminate floor (clean and protect).
Also includes the following at your requests :
Restocking toilet paper, soap, dish soap etc.
Changing trash cans liners
Minimal decluttering and cleaning dishes
Blinds hand cleaning
